I trust we need not remind you how important this restoration is to the Provinces. The setbacks you have experienced are unfortunate, but this venture is still exceedingly valuable to us.

The eastern seaboard continues to elude our grasp, but according to our surveyors there may be access to a suitable sea cave that a small harbor could be carved out of.
