The Tower of Descensus was established centuries ago by the Tindremic Empire during the Imperial Campaigns. Existing as a rare example of an ancient Tindremic structure in eastern Myrland, it is little wonder that it immediately caught the eye of Tindremic Imperator Livi Avitus shortly before his takeover of Morin Khur.

Despite the time and money that was poured into it, the project was abandoned shortly after his death. Gnaeus Avitus Tesqua, Procurator of Morin Khur and son of Imperator Livi Avitus, sought to continue the reconstruction and restore the tower completely.
