Finding the cave was no simple task, but the book was right.

There's many more crystals down here than I expected, and she didn't mention they glow. Thankfully none of those “crystal things” the author mentioned, but I do hear a faint rumbling. Maybe it's more like gurgling. Likely not them though.

I hope.

It's got to be those things the Huérgar talked about. “Heat has entered the crystal cave.”

Are the “things of rock and fire” just another one of those infuriating Huérgar poeticisms, or is there something to it?

I'll be careful either way, it's not as if I can't simply sprint out of here if I meet any trouble.
