The southern continent of Sidoia on Nave consists of a number of both large and small islands—which themselves are the remnants a great landmass associated with the Shinarian Empire—in the wake of The Sundering of Asterra. While the continent is technically the ancestral home of the Sidoian people, few choose to live there permanently, with most typically favoring a life of wander and exploration in search of any remaining Shinarian knowledge or artifacts.

Traditionally, most Sidoians only made one pilgrimage to Sidoia during their life to share the findings of their travels, but since The Irruption the frequency of these pilgrimages and even expeditions to the continent have increased dramatically. Likely as a result of the earthquakes which shook Nave and marked the end of The Irruption, some of the ancient Sidoian islands rose from the ocean to expose hitherto unexplored regions.

This has led to the establishment of a small harbor and semi-permanent Sidoian outpost in the Sunken Isles on Myrland, sometimes frequented by Alvarin explorers and curious scholars.
