The prefix //"Ophi"// from the //Old Tindremic// language—perhaps itself borrowed from a [[Shinaria|Shinarian]] language if the claims touted by the //Tindremenes// of a shared legacy are true—is by far most commonly associated in recent times with the aforementioned musical instrument known as the //Ophis//.
-But this is far from its only recorded use, with perhaps the most important being in the name of the //Primordial// or //Ancient God of Wisdom// [[Gods#Ophion|Ophion]], himself associated with both the middle of //Nave's// moons, and on ancient //Tindremene// [[Apocryphal Tales|maps of questionable veracity]] with a peak in [[Herabalter]] known as //Mount Ophion//.
